Hello! I’m Shannon, the owner of Access Apothecary & Yoga.

It has been fun reflecting back on all of the paths that have led me to this spot, right here. Partially rooted in my personal experiences with health challenges and a strong belief that health is our greatest asset. Paired with career choices, working in community mental health services, childcare, teaching, becoming a mom, all deeply expanded my practice of gratitude. I’ve often found myself reflecting on the simple joy of being able to breathe freely—an appreciation that fuels my passion for creating safe, natural products.

The lack of regulation in the body care industry is alarming. Many everyday products, from deodorants to cleaning supplies, are filled with harmful chemicals linked to serious health issues. It can be difficult to find clean products thanks to greenwashing, so I decided to take matters into my own hands and develop my own line of body care items. Inspired by my journey into motherhood and a lifelong commitment to holistic wellness, I set out to craft products that prioritize health and sustainability.

At Access, our values are simple yet powerful: we are natural, fresh, trusted, creative, and genuinely optimistic. We strive to provide ethically sourced, hand-crafted products packaged in reusable and biodegradable materials, with refillable options to minimize waste. Our commitment extends beyond individual health to the well-being of our planet and community, as we actively partner with local resources to give back.

Yoga is a cornerstone of our philosophy. With over a decade of practicing, and a love of teaching (visit Symmetry Yoga Studio in Newmarket, NH), I view yoga as much more than just physical postures—it’s a pathway to connect with our higher selves and the earth. I aim to create a future where Access not only provides body care products but also offers a platform for yoga and wellness resources, helping you incorporate mindfulness into your daily routine.
