Our story

Hello! I'm Shannon, the owner of Access Apothecary & Yoga.

Part of what led me here is my own health journey and a belief that health is our greatest asset. The rest came from my work in community mental health, childcare and teaching, and from becoming a mom.

At Access, our values are simple: natural, fresh, trusted, creative and optimistic. Our products are hand-crafted and packaged in reusable and biodegradable materials, with refill options to cut waste.

Yoga is the cornerstone. After more than a decade of practice, I teach at Symmetry Yoga in Newmarket, N.H.
